Shipping & Handling Charges
1. Product will be shipped via Registered Mail, unless requested otherwise.
2. After payment received and confirmed, orders will be shipped out within
2-3 business days.
3. All orders are securely packaged in sealed plastic bag with a protective
bubble wrap for international travel.
4. Once the item is shipped, e-mailed will be sent to the buyer regarding with
the package tracking reference no.
5. A faster delivery service via courier service (FedEx, UPS or DPEX) is now
available. If you require the product urgently, you may choose to use this
service. However please e-mail or contact us before making any payment.
Additional charges is required for the sevices.
6. We prefer to use Registered/insured Shipping as PosDaftar service well
recommended for the posting of documents and parcels considered valuable or
important. It offers the customer an option of mailing and security as it is fully
handled by computer system upon acceptance at the Post
Office and traced until its safe destinations. Signature will be required on
receiving the packet.
7. For security reason we can ONLY ship order to a confirmed physical street
address (No P.O Box delivery is allowed).
Please provide us with a physical address either your office or resident address
which somebody will be there to sign for acceptance at the point of delivery.
8. Shipping is charges in US$ (international shipping charges). Shipping cost
for items are calculated separately according to their weight. The cost include
charges for postage delivery and handling cost.

9. For international postal, limitation and types of items that can be insured
depend on the availability of the service and the procedures imposed by the
country of destination.
Insured Mail is a value added service for the Parcel and PosDaftar service. Pos
Malaysia offers protection for valuable items that are not prohibited that are
posted within Malaysia or overseas. The insured value range form a minimum
of RM100.00 and RM3,000.00.However, for international destinations, the
insured value varies and depends on the limit that are determined by the
respective countries and it could not
exceed RM3,000.00. Customers may get further details of the insured value at
the nearest Post Office.

Estimated Time of Arrival for your order
* Normally credit card process will complete within 24 hours from your
submission, this is beyond our control. Credit card transactions will be
handled by PayPal.
* Once your credit card has been verified, your order will be shipped
immediately without delays unless your order item has been out of stock.
You will be notified at once if such situation occurs.
* Total delivery time = Order Processing Time (1 - 2 business days) +
Shipping Time (10-14 business days)

Returns & Exchange
Items purchased by our customers are brand new and never being used
before. Because of the nature of the product and health & safety reasons, we
are NOT accept any return or exchange of the products.
Missing Items or Shipments
* If your shipment does not arrived within the estimated time of arrival,
please contact us within a week from the Estimated Time of Arrival and we
will take appropriate action to track down your shipment.
* Your order will be replaced as soon as possible after we have conducted

Out of stock items
