Returns & Exchange
Items purchased by our customers are brand new and never being used before. Because of
the nature of the product and health & safety reasons, we are NOT accept any return or
exchange of the products.
Missing Items or Shipments
* If your shipment does not arrived within the estimated time of arrival, please contact us
within a week from the Estimated Time of Arrival and we will take appropriate action to track
down your shipment.

Out of stock items
In case if you have ordered items that are out of stock and they are exacted to be back

within a few days, we will ship the partial order to you first and send the remaining items to
